The new and improved version of 'Power & Pump' works on full body conditioning. This is a split session of High Intensity Interval Training routines/workouts and finishing off with functional mobility workouts of the week aimed at improving range of movement and reducing tension through myofascial release techniques.

There are not many sports that get you as physically fit as boxing. A great all around exercise whether you are a beginner to fitness, an athlete requiring crossing training, or an established gym goer, boxing will get you to the levels you strive for. GloveWorkx will teach you proper technique and progress you through improving your overall fitness.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporates intense periods of work with short recovery segments. These intervals allow you to keep your workout intensity high while still maintaining good form and technique. A super fun challenge that will leave you feeling empowered, strong and we hope, exhausted!

Ab’s, Butt and Thighs is a 45 minute fast blast class designed to sculpt your tush, tummy and thighs from every angle by firing up the fat burning, reshaping and firming the butt and thighs, and toning the abs.
