Semi-Private Personal Training

Training with your spouse, friends and loved ones is fun and a great way to spend time together. Personal Training in a Semi-Private environment (3-person max) ensures each person receives individual attention in an environment that will challenge your strength, stability and cardio.

Semi Private Personal Training Sessions - 55 minutes

2 on 1 - Single session - $65 per person
2 on 1 - 5 sessions - $50/session per person
2 on 1 - 10 sessions - $45/session per person
3 on 1 - Single session - $60 per person
3 on 1- 5 sessions - $45/session per person
3 on 1- 10 sessions - $40/session per person

Fitness Program Design


Our qualified Personal Trainers will develop an individualized and progressive fitness program for you to use when training on your own.
Included in the Fitness Program Design: a consultation, a personalized program and a personal training session to lead you through your exercises from start to finish. 

Fitness Program Design Follow Up


In a 55-minute session, our qualified Personal Trainer will review your program progression and where you are in relation to your original goals. A new evolution of your program will be presented and you will be taken through the newly designed program ensure technique, form, and intensity are all at desired levels.  
Remember you’re not on your own!
 Once you walk out the door it doesn’t mean you’re by yourself with no support. Your trainer is always there to help if you have any questions about the program or concerns following an exercise session.
